Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can return or exchange your products for store credit, a different size, or a refund to the original payment method.

All items purchased at a regular price are valid for a full refund. All items must be returned in the same condition they were received, with tags attached. We will not accept items with tags removed, visible signs of wear or use, and we reserve the right to refuse any items that return in a condition we do not approve of. 

Please note that gift cards and clearance items are excluded from the return policy and therefore cannot be returned.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return, please contact our team at splashshop@splashsports.com. Please list your order number in the subject line and include the original order receipt.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Products should be sent back in their original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Clearance items are final sale and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Gift card sales are non-returnable or exchangeable.

• Returned items should not have any visible signs of wear or use.

• We will not accept products with missing tags.

 

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, then make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

RETURN SHIPPING FEES

Please note that customers will not receive a refund for their original shipping fee amount. They will be provided with a free return shipping label.
